Job Summary:
The Project Lead will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management and a proven track record of leading successful projects. The Project Lead will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. They will be responsible for managing project teams and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. This includes coordinating with internal and external resources and communicating project status and progress to stakeholders. The Project Lead will also be responsible for continuously improving project management processes and best practices to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including internal and external resources
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
- Continuously monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success. This may include managing scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with other department heads, such as finance, human resources, and legal, to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Actively seek feedback from clients and stakeholders to ensure that the project is meeting their needs and addressing their pain points, and making recommendations for future improvements.
- Monitor project costs, timelines and quality.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering results
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
