Job Summary:
The Solutions Analyst will be responsible for providing a hybrid of business and strategy acumen paired with the know-how to execute tough client problems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering results. The Solutions Analyst will be a critical member of 3mb Consult’s team, responsible for delivering results and providing solutions to clients. They will be responsible for identifying and scoping new projects and opportunities, working with clients and internal teams to develop proposals and business cases. The Solutions Analyst will also be responsible for leading the delivery of projects and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. They will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner and continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s business and pain points, and provide solutions to address them
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve client’s performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Communicate solutions and their value proposition to clients and stakeholders
- Continuously monitor the implementation of solutions and make adjustments as necessary
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats
- Provide training and mentoring to junior team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Lead the identification and scoping of new projects and opportunities, working with clients and internal teams to develop proposals and business cases
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients
- Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues and risks
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering results and providing solutions to clients
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
