Position: Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in solution selling and a proven track record of building trusted relationships with companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through a variety of means, including networking, lead generation, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of 3mb Consult’s products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with companies and closing deals
  • Strong solution selling skills and experience in consultative sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
